APS Holding, leading international investor and manager of receivables portfolios, is adding three experienced professionals to its team. With the new managerial staff, APS will be able to expand its position as a significant European investor, managing a portfolio with a total volume of over EUR 3 billion. 

Zuzana Burmakinová joins as Recovery Director:

Zuzana is focused primarily on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the receivables recovery process in the retail segment and increasing the market share in Central and Southeast Europe. "APS is a strong regional player with great potential to improve its position even further. The Polish and Romanian markets have considerable potential and we also see significant opportunities in the Czech Republic," says Zuzana Burmakinová.

Zuzana Burmakinová has many years of experience in retail receivables management. She has held high-level positions at Profi Credit and M.B.A. Finance. She studied political science and international relations at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, St. Petersburg State University, and MGIMO in Moscow.

New Legal & Compliance department will be led by Tereza Šimanovská:

Tereza will be responsible for managing internal legal services across Europe and coordinating external legal advisors. With fast and expert legal services provided internally and supplemented by experts in individual countries, APS will be better positioned to enhance its activities and broaden its reach. "The internal department will actively contribute to APS business and support the company´s continued expansion in the dynamic area of loan portfolio investments and management," states Tereza Šimanovská.

Tereza Šimanovská graduated in law from Charles University in Prague and also studied English law at the University of Nottingham and University of Westminster. She has worked for the prestigious international law offices of Gide Loyrette Nouel, Allen & Overy, and Clifford Chance.

John Pitman becomes Senior Finance Controller:

John will join the Financial Controlling team and help manage the department´s expanding multifaceted agenda. John Pitman has 15 years of experience in financial controlling, gained in such companies as AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, and Algeco, among others. 

John is currently completing full ACCA qualification to be finished by next year. In his free time, John enjoys playing badminton, traveling, cooking, and riding his motorcycle.
