APS and Hrvatska Poštanska Banka (Croatia) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Both sides are committed to concluding the portfolio sale and purchase of a portfolio of non-performing corporate loans.

 On November 18, 2016, Hrvatska Poštanska Banka has signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Bank and APS Delta S.A., fund vehicle belonging to APS Holding a.s. group, with regard to the sale of non-performing corporate loans.

 Under the above-mentioned memorandum of understanding, Bank and investor are committed, upon obtaining approval by Croatian National Bank, to conclude the portfolio sale and purchase agreements in order to close the above-mentioned transaction.

Upon receiving CNB's Resolution on this matter, as well as upon closing the transactions, APS will publish more detailed information, as well as on all further activities, timely reports to the investment community.
